YOUR SEO IS ONLY PROPERTY-SPECIFIC
Many real estate sites do well on property-specific SEO -- such as a condo complex. They do not score as well for more generic search terms like "condo in town xyz," or "lakeview home." The problem with that is that you exclude people who are in the early stages of buying properties from seeing your site. Plus, it is probably endemic of your web team not spending any time on SEO, because property-specific SEO is done by the IDX system that feeds your website with MLS data.
